All Sales Final

Due to the intimate nature of hair extensions and installation reservations, all Lux Store purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or altered hair bundles.

Reservation Deposits

Reservation fees for K-Tip Installation and other installation services are non-refundable. Deposits secure your date, sourcing, and preparation time. Rescheduling is available within 48 hours of your appointment window.

Damaged or Defective Product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at N2TheLux@NoirLuxBeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery, with unboxing photos. We will make it right.

Care & Longevity

Noir Lux hair is intended to last with proper care. Follow the aftercare protocol provided at install and store hair in a satin bonnet or wrap when not in use to protect the cuticle.
